When I first started my journey, I didn't know I would end up traveling the world and competing at the highest levels. I just knew that movement made me feel powerful. Whether I was dancing on a stage or sparring on a mat, I felt a connection to myself that nothing else could provide.
I’ve taken everything I learned from those high-pressure environments and poured it into The Dancing Fighter. My goal is to share these "secrets" with you so you can build your own unstoppable resilience.

Movement is magic. It really is! When we move our bodies, we aren't just burning calories or building muscle. We are actually changing our brain chemistry.
Every time you step into a workshop or a class, you are practicing resilience. You are trying something new. You are failing, getting back up, and trying again. That is the literal definition of resilience!
Research shows that martial arts and dance are two of the best ways to build psychological strength. They require focus, emotional regulation, and a whole lot of heart. I love empowering people because I get to witness this transformation every single day.

I am so passionate about providing self defence instruction for women in West Yorkshire. Why? Because it’s about so much more than just learning how to throw a punch.
